All purchases are shipped with Australia Post.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your parcel every step of the journey.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days; however, dispatch times are not guaranteed and may vary during periods of high demand. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are estimated by Australia Post and are outside of our control. While we'd love to personally hand-deliver every order, occasional delays may occur due to peak shipping periods, public holidays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and secure delivery address. Once dispatched, SOLER is not liable for parcels that are lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen. If Australia Post confirms delivery to the address provided, we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or compensation. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.

Returned Parcels

If your parcel makes its way back to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees will apply to have it re-sent.

Order Changes

Need to make a change? Get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do. Once an order has been placed, we can’t guarantee cancellations, updates, or address changes.
